Dear Distinguished Participants

Greetings from Institute APEC Collaborative Education (IACE).

​

I do appreciate, from the very bottom of my heart, your true heart and hard work for 2017 APEC Edutainment Exchange Program (2017 AEEP). Without your help, I could never make it happen. 

​

Every moment that I had with you is carved on my heart, so as it beats, the memories pop up in my mind. I am grateful to the destiny for getting us together. I do hope you also enjoyed a lot with teammates and me in the program.

​

Even though I cannot say that it was the perfect event, and that everything went well as I had planned, I am satisfied with 2017 AEEP with you all, in general.

​

I promise that I will do my best to make the event more enjoyable and more participant-oriented.

​

I have a couple of announcements to make as follows.

​

1.  Mr. Simon thankfully created 2017 AEEP group chat on Facebook. Please invite other participants to the chat, and keep in touch!

​

2. All pictures and video taken during the event are posted on Google drive, by date.

​

3. Please make sure you uploaded your final presentation slides and promotion video on Google drive: "Presentation Slides" -> "Your Team"

​

Herewith, I would like to inform you about post-program activities as follows. 

​

1. Reflection Note (attached in this email. Also uploaded on Google drive: "Post-program activities" folder) - Submission directory: "Post-program activities" -> "Your Team".

​

2. Satisfaction Survey (shared via email) - Thank you very much for those already done with it. Your precious opinions will be greatly appreciated and reflected on the next event.

​

3. AEEP at your university

​

The target date of the first two activities introduced above is 30th November, Thursday.

​

The third one is recommendation (optional): you can also hold this event at your university. Should you need any help regarding organizing this event at your university or extracurricular club you are involved in, please contact me at any time.

​

This email could be classified as a spam, please forward it to other teammates so that everyone has the information (Satisfaction Survey could also be considered as a spam, depending on your email service provider).

I heard that most of you were suffering from many mid-terms. You can get straight A+!!

I dare to say that this is not the end, but the beginning of our friendship. I love you all (shy), SEE YOU AROUND!
