Procedure
- contesting project topics annually and selecting a good topic
- submitting project draft under the selected topic assessing the draft and providing feedback
- opening project home page and building on-line team (or building team with an excellent school recommended by Foreign Ministry of Education)
- establishing detailed action plan for each team project and submitting proposal Assessing proposal and authorizing enforcement
- Implementing project on and off-line by participating teams Implementing project (submitting monthly progress reports)
- Reporting results of project progress
- Announcing project results (International ALCoB Conference and ALCoB Workshop... etc.)
