- Educational competitiveness of Korea strengthened as a result of the globalization of E-learning, thus paving the way for entry into overseas market (Export amount of E-learning training to Saudi Arabia during ‘08-’10 : 1.3 million USD)
- Discover ODA in the field of education and enhance participatory education by providing grants and support (Joined the DAC (Development Assistance Committee) of OECD in 2010, resulting in the elevated status of OECD)
Purpose
