01Candidate Nomination(One team from each Economy)
- Candidate for the AeLT will be nominated by APEC economies only.
- Basic qualification for nominees are as follows;

| Basic Qualifications | 1. A person from the APEC member economies 2. A person nominated by each economy's MOE 3. A person with proficient in spoken and written English |
| Recommended Qualification (encouraged) |
1. A person in ICT and e-Learning education field 2. A person with an interested in the international cooperation |
